I have many years of experience in the entertainment, trade fairs and costruction sectors. I have gained countless experiences in the management and direction of work groups, with technical and planning skills. I have based my work on RESPECT, AVAILABILITY, COLLABORATION and SOLIDARITY. I have been working in the sector since 1991, in different roles (freelance, manager and entrepreneur) for TV, agencies, public authorities and Italian and global companies. The activities for which I’m responsible include technical consultancy in the project phase, economic and feasibility assessment, complete budget management, relations with institutional authorities, selection of suppliers, coordination of the work groups, management of the implementation phase and of the works, relations with the customer in all phases, up to the final reporting. Since 2020 I have been a consultant for various theaters and agencies in Milan, Bologna, Turin and Rome in the supply of audio, lighting and video techniques. Also, since 2020, out of necessity and passion, I have expanded my consultancy in the CONSTRUCTION, civil and industrial fields, as a Construction Site Inspector and in reference to the safety and health of workers as well as assistance to the construction site management. I am currently involved in the ALEGRIA tour of CIRQUE DU SOLEIL. In 2019 I was Site Manager of the Italian tour of JOVANOTTI "Jova Beach Party" (6 dates for a total audience of 270,000 people). From 2017 to 2018 I was Head of Production of FEELROUGE WS Milano, an agency of the Balich Worldwide Shows group, with direct responsibility for coordination and training of production teams, supervision and control of individual activities, management of the annual budget, staff selection, contractual supervision, organizational and operational management of the office. Between 2013 and 2017 I was Production Director of HAVAS EVENTS Milano. Between 2007 and 2012 I produced videos for DANONE, IVECO, MIROGLIO, MOTO GUZZI, PIAGGIO, SIEMENS, UNIPOL, and VODAFONE operating as an external supplier with my production company. Previously worked as Senior Producer for DPR EVENTI Milano and INPUT Milano, as Producer for EUPHON Torino and PROMOCONVENTION Milano, and as Production Assistant for the fiction “Secrets” produced by the RAI headquarters in Milan. I worked throughout EUROPE, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND, TURKEY, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MOROCCO, SOUTH AFRICA, UNITED STATES and BRAZIL.
